We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility.

If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 5 business days with photos, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.


Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on doll clothing due to hygiene and quality control reasons.
